Doepfer

hello everybody,
i have some troubles with my A-190, maybe someone can help me...
the problem is:
my a-190 doesn´t give any gate information...
the clock and the reset function are still working, but there is no other midi-information 
given to the outputs.
is the another way to reset it (not mentioned in the manual-pdf) ?
if not what chip(s) do i have to change?
any advice would be very helpfull...
