Questions for further help:

Does the Gate LED work ?
Does the CV output work ?
Have you tried to change the Midi channel (of the Midi transmitter or the
A-190) ?
Is the bus connection (CV and Gate) of the A-190 interrupted ? This is
required only if another module that accesses the bus is used on the same
bus board (e.g. A-185) ?

If the Gate LED and the CV output are working but there is no Gate output
the module has probably to be repaired (provided that no other module has
access to same the bus).
