Hi

Paul already listed a lot.

I may add:
Vestakaza Dig420 (V/Octave playable Digital delay)
MXR Pitchtransposer (only V/Hz :-( )

Also nearly every analoge guitar stomp-box, which provides a Modulation 
(Phasers/Flangers...) can be modded simply, because the Mod depth 
potentiometer usally is the right point to insert an external CV.
