Doepfer

i can't see how anyone can avoid using an external mixer with 
electronic music.  for sound reinforcment, live i use a pair of 
roland keyboard amps and at home, like silas, i plug into my stereo 
hifi receiver.  but always through a mixer.  behringer has some very 
affordable and very small footprint mixers.

additionally, i'd like to suggest the combination of the modest 8hp 
foot controller (a1??)
module and a VCA as a modular volume pedal.  it's there for you in 
case 
you need easy volume control, but also there for any number of other 
CV needs you may have far beyond mere volume purposes (i have created 
some crazy stuff with two pedals going at once, using every limb of 
my body to do some manner of 
sound shaping).
