Doepfer

Hi,

I just got a 101-1 Steiner filter, and it doesn't seem
to be acting right. The lowpass and bandpass inputs
doesn't pass anything, the highpass passes everything,
the frequency knob does nothing, and the emphasis knob
does nothing but make a thump-thump-thump noise when
it's all the way up.

I've tried all sorts of signals through it to no
avail. Should I send this back to Analogue Haven, or
to Doepfer, or is this something I can fix myself?
