If you want to pan between two sources with the A-135 that possible to: for this purpose you have to control two of the VCAs with opposite control voltages. A voltage inverter A-175 can be used to invert the main control voltage (e.g. the triangle output of an LFO) for the second CV input. In this case no A-144 is necessary. But if you have an A-144 available it can be used for this job as well.
