Doepfer

I'm planning on making a handful of DIY Euro modules and a few 
mods/add-ons to my Doepfer modules but have no idea where to get the 
aluminum from. I am not selling these, they are only for me. I know 
that Doepfer/AH sell blank panels but they're not exactly the sizes I 
need, and cutting them would be kind of silly because I lose 3mm or so 
with each cut. I've looked at a handful of places, Front Panel Express 
is way too pricey and I don't need the printing and drilling service, 
Metal Express does not do anodized, customcutaluminum.com does .080" 
(a bit thicker than 2mm)
but only sells $200+ 4'x8' sheets. 
Anyone have any ideas?
BTW, I'm in Florida.
