The Analogue Haven description for the 16 pin to 16 pin cable reads:

"Make sure that the module in question uses all 16-pins on the PCB 
side (such as the A-110, A-111, A-140, A-142 and others)"

Is there any harm in using these cables with a 10 pin bus connector, 
assuming it's hooked up corectly?
