I think a USB controller device would be cool. It would default to read a typical mouse. A default setup that would read a standard Microsoft compatible 2-button/scroll wheel mouse (user supplied). The module would output CV for relative X-Y increasing or decreasing with movement. The buttons would gibe gates, and the scroll wheel would do a relative CV also. If you found a touch pad that emulated a mouse -I know I have seen them - you could use that. Trackballs that "looked" like mice to a standard computer would also work. I think this could be a great performance module. -James On Apr 13, 2007, at 1:43 PM, musicagenera wrote: > hallo > I just have question for "possible" control idea > > is there any chance to produce module similar to Ribon Controler > only released on touch pad? > as in laptops or Kaos Pad > but with X and Y values with more complex cv generator > > I guess it would not be very complicated to do it > also stil ribon controler module could work with this > > any reflections? > > I think this can be very very useful life > especialy if this will get few swith for polarisation > and inverting cvs > > best > > robert > > > > > Yahoo!
