Poll #1 (default voltage at the switching contacts of the sockets):

Do you want a +1.00 default voltage at the switching contacts of the input
sockets for usage of the control #1 and switch #1 as a common tuning knob
with polarity switch and usage of the switches of the other inputs as +/- 1
octave switches:

- input #1 only
- input #1 and #2
- input #1, #2 and #2
- all inputs

Poll #2 (output options):

- 2 non-inverting outputs, 2 inverting ouputs
- 3 non-inverting outputs, 1 inverting ouput
