I could imagine that this is an delay caused by an high of the A-190s 
MIDI buffer by an large amount of MIDI messages. I don't have a A190 but 
I know similar behaviour from other MIDI-CV interfaces (e.g. the 
MS-101), or from old MIDI-synths. Usually these delays it do not stand 
out, but the regular rythmic structure of arpeggios makes them "visible".

You should check that no other ableton track/element sends to this 
MIDI-Port - also for other MIDI-Channels.
