If you cannot obtain a signal at the audio output probably the corresponding socket is broken. But the audio output is available twice and one of both sockets should work. It is very improbably that both sockets are broken. If you cannot get a signal at any of the audio output sockets the module has to be repaired. Please send it to the representative or dealer where you purchased the module. Best wishes Dieter Doepfer
