Doepfer

hello
hello i have a an a100 system and am trying to work with it in the 
range of only 14000-14200 hz (for a special composition).
i am using modules like the a-111 vco2, the a-110 vco and the a-145 
lfo, plus different filter modules, etc.
my question is: does anyone know how i can somehow measure this 
frequency range on the doepfer and only stay in this range?
