The noise is caused by the working principle of the A-125: six-stage all pass filter (= phase shifter) made with FETs (field effect transistors) as variable resistors. All phasers based on this principle have nearly the same noise floor (e.g. the M-172 from Rolands System 100M). But if you use the max. audio signal level (i.e. before clipping occurs) and put the final VCA/VCF (if there is one in your patch) post the phaser the remaining noise should be not an issue.
