 From the technical point of view this depends on your keyboard or your 
midi-interface. Are those able to create polyphonic control voltages and 
gates.
And als from the ecomical point of view it depends on your bank account 
;-). Honestly: you have to spent a lot of money to get a boring four 
voice polyphonic synth with a A100 system. To get a real interesting 
polyphonic system you may spend the money for a new middle class car.

So for polyphonic modular synthesis I'd go for an Nord Modular or NI 
Reaktor. I have a A100 and a Nord Modular, and I don't want one of them.
