From the theory the new version should be ~5 mm less. The reason for the 85 HP was that in the standard frames rails with 85 HP are used but on each side 1/2 HP is covered by the mouting angle which results in 84 HP useable width. When we started the suitcases we used the same 85 HP rails to ease the stock holding. And for these suitcases the additional 1 HP blind panel was required. In the meantime the frames (both the standard cases and the suitcases) are manufactured by an external company and they shorten the rails for the suitcases to the required 84 HP.
