Hi, having access to the MonsterBase prototype I'd recommend to 2008/4/2, hardware@doepfer.de <hardware@doepfer.de>: >have the mains inlet and switch as a 8HP module inside the case >(as for theG6 suitcase version 1). Already I find it (a little) annoying to climb behind the case (and the suitcase which rides on top) to plug the unit in or to switch it off or on... (I'll solve this by connecting the whole setup to _one_ main on/off switch - but would prefer it otherwise) Additionally: install your front row modules first! - then the upper row...I spent quite some time fixing and un-screwing my modules until everything was set ;o) - and be aware that the cables of some older modules 'just' are long enough... Apart from that: this thing is great! I love it! It is very playable/manageable and even looks great! Five-star-recommendation! (Now, what will I put into the case-top; a keyboard - as suggested...or rather a holder for patch-cables...) Best wishes, chris [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
