The track I was speaking of is "Gonna Get Close To You" on Album 
"whomanfoursays".
But if you are a friend of late eighties early nineties Art Rock and art

of production, then simple pick any album of "Dalbello". She is right in

the middle between "The The" and "Thinkman" (aka Rupert Hine).

There are also three earlier Albums as "Lisa Dal Bello", which I do not 
know, but those seem more pop orientated.
