Doepfer

yesterday it was still working but today when trying to feed audio through it it doesnt shift it, 
not up not down, nowhere, the audio goes throuht it and the level pot works but all else is 
dead, no shifting occurs.
Is this a common problem and something I can fix or is my frequency shifter totally screwed?
