If the original signal appears at the output without any shifting something is totally wrong. Normally the original signal does not appear at the output. There is no share of the original signal available at the output but only the signal processed by the two analog multipliers which are fed by the sine/cosine signals of the internal quadrature VCO. If the VCO would be dead there would appear no audio signal at the output. From the distance I'd suppose a defective multiplier (MC1496). An A-126 not connected to the A-100 bus would behave a bit like what you described. Did you change anything since yesterday (e.g. moving the module, any modification e.g. connecting the A-143-9 quadrature LFO/VCO instead of the internal VCO or anything else) ?
