Doepfer

Hi Neil,

This sounds similar to a problem mentioned about 5 or 6 weeks ago, 
though 9 semitones sounds quite a bit worse: see original post 
#15747, my response/suggestion #15759, and Dieter's (v. similar) 
#15764.
