I love analog and digital delays but the sound just isn't related enough at all to compare the two. Tey are two different beasts, just as old dig delays share nothing with modern ones. A dopefur analog delay would be welcome, but what could it offer that the Blacet doesn't? and the scarce availability of the BBD chips seems to cancel out the possibility of it being more affordable. I'm interested, but is this really something Doepfer is considering? or what is the point of the poll? Well, Digital Delays are a very mixed bag, but I would prefer Doepfer look into a modular dig delay over an analog one, a modular dig delay could be excellent and affordable, but a focus on the sound quality and not length of delay would be great. A dig delay with lots of cv control could be amazing, and doepfer is probably the best manufacturer(right size) to pull something like that off. best, phil
