Thats no problem, I appreciate your assistance regardless. Do you know if it is possible for any specific waveforms or even possibly a mixed exponential output / input as controlled voltage to bbd (cv1/cv2) to perhaps cause damage to the chip(3005?) I suspect this may have caused it if that can be the case, as i recall using an exponential mixer output quote allot on that suspect patches that day...maybe. Anyway, I will email Dieter and await a response upon his return. :) Thanks again Regards Michael On 18/08/2008, at 4:06 AM, selfoscillate wrote: > > sadly i don't own the service manual for the a188/1 yet, > so i cannot give you an advice how to do specific tests. > to be honest, i think you have to send the module in for > repair, as i have no idea what could be the problem. > > dieter is on holidays right now, so we cannot ask him > until end of next week, maybe he as a better idea than me. > > sorry and best wishes > > ingo > > --- In Doepfer_a100@yahoogroups.com, "Chidra_100@..." <ChidrA_100@...> > wrote: > > > > Ok chips are secure in their sockets.
