The sines of the A-110 are not very sine shaped and they don't sound very siny at all. I'm told they're near perfect on the 111. I sometimes ring mod sines from filters in self oscillation - they're much cleaner but I'm told they track 1V/Oct for a shorter range than VCO's (not something that matters a lot in what I'm currently doing but of course it might be a problem if you want to play them from a keyboard or have them track together with a VCO).
