I played around with this module a few weeks ago at Schneider's Buro, and came to the conclusion that TipTop never actually tested it before they went into manufacturing. Adjusting the delay time either by hand or by CV results in a mess of disgusting clicks, for example. And for a voltage controlled delay module, where modulating the delay length is one of the main attractions (for comb filters and so on) that's a pretty sad situation.
