Technically, "sine" could be the puritan quality you're talking about, or a reference to something that's sinusoidal. And yeah, I'm picking at nits, kinda' like you are. :) The Z3000 "sine" is not a pure sine, it's a sinusoidal waveform that is "just simply a clean wave what has no audible buzz or distortion".
