except that he was asking about the SEM filter, not the X-treme filter. A-106-1 / A-106-5. Difference.

I think the A-106-1 makes a really nice  bandpass/notch/ highpass
filter, but it won't do you any good as a soft lowpass filter because
it can only sound overdriven, bubbly, and screamy. I was looking to
maybe get a wasp filter too, but I want to hear an audio demo first.
