The most economic solution is to make special Y-type bus cables with double
length. I.e. a 40 cm longe ribbon cable with one 16 pin female header in the
center of the cable (this is connected to the bus board) and one 10 pin or
16 pin female header on each end. Another solution is the usage of a special
daisy-chain ribbon cable with one 16 pin female header on one end (connected
to the bus board) and for example four 10 pin or 16 pin female headers with
the required distances between the connectors. These are connected to the
modules and daisy-chained from one module to the next one. But this type of
multiple ribbon cable connection is recommend only for control modules but
not for audio processing modules or VCOs.
