Hi Florian, Thanks for all you help. I've literally just uploaded some slightly better pics, with arrows, which might be why they weren't there before. I had just assumed the power supply was supposed to 'float', as it was like that when I got it out of the box. I'm hoping it might simply be the case that I can replace the screws through the case and not have to send it off for repair. I guess I'll have to see what Dieter says.
