This is an answer to a private mail, I received from Coy via Yahoo, but 
the give reply adress did fail. Because the request it might be of 
public interest I send my answer to Coy the list.

It does divide just to 16th, but 32nd (or 24th triplets) would be 
possible without a problem. I could modify the pcb to this.

64th's aren't possible with DIN-sync. At least not in a straight way, 
because DIN-sync provides 96th and dividing by one and a half is not 
really easy (requires a PLL).
