The only thing I am aware of is this, which shows the older-style transformer:

It seems to suggest that voltage selection is made by soldered links on the back of the PCB, so the answer might be 'yes', but only if you *really* know what you are doing (note the document itself is plastered with warnings). And there is no guarantee that the voltage selection arrangement is the same on the new PSU2.
