for polyphonic midi to cv, you can use the Kenton Pro 4, or the (great) Doepfer MCV24.

i use the Doepfer mcv24 to control my OB Four Voice sem modular, in poly mode.

Thanks for detailed response to my question---- I have two Kenton Pro  

solo mk2 midi -CV converters which are nice units--I want to play duo  

just like the origional 2 voice
