Also Det3 aka joe grisso(engineer for stg soundlabs) will be releasing a touchplate keyboard with 4 rows of sequencing and a force to scale on it. This will more than likely appear in the next year and has been name dropped a few times on certain forums. I am aware this keyboard is far into development and I'm pretty certain it is going to see the light of day, it will also street for quite a bit less than the serge or buchla. I am pretty sure there will be both an 1/8" and 1/4" version. It will be called Archangel. -watson On 11/15/09, james.husted@mac.com <james.husted@mac.com> wrote: > >> What is the advantage of touch sensitive plates over spring loaded keys? >> > > When playing glissandos it is faster of course, an if the have a pressure > out that is cool too.
