You may use the A-100AD5 but you have to replace the heat sink by a larger
one because the heat sink of the A-100AD5 has been  planned for a max.
current of 100mA. The voltage regulator used on the A-100AD5 (7805, max 1A)
is sufficient provided that the heat sink is large enough. Keep in mind the
the 200mA are taken from +12V, i.e. you must have 200mA surplus of the 12V
output of your power supply.
