wondering if it'd be possible to swap out a resistor or something
on the 183-3 to change the range from 1-4x loudness to 1-8x, 16 etc? 

i am trying to use it to raise a line level signal
from my audio interface output (edirol fa-101) 
to a usable level within my a-100 system

the 183-3 is definitely helping but it could use just a little more of a boost.
let me know if anyone has any ideas...
