you can achieve this behavior by combining multiple doepfer modules. invert the clock output that you want to use, then using VCAs and mults of signals like run/stop and a start pulse you can get the behavior you are looking for. others may be able to chime in with specific patches. I haven't had run/stop or a start pulse available yet to mess around with this stuff. DIN-sync has some of these signals which I may tap into to get more functionality in this area, if I cannot hold out for the STG stuff to come out slowly but surely. I think the 4ms RCD does this out of the box as well.
