It is not only the VCOs. You also need at least four VC-Switches, which 
are controlled by the individual Gates, and which switch the VCOs on and 
of (you sometimes want to play one or two notes only with a four voice 
synth ;-) ). How to create a Gate for the final VCF/VCA Envelopes is 
another thing. If you want it not retriggering, it is easy to achieve 
with an A186-1. But if you want retriggering you also need two A165.
