The other side of the cable has to be connected to the sound source used for the A-119 (i.e. do not leave it open). If the problems persist if a sound source is connected the module has to be sent in for service/repair. In this case please return the module to the dealer or representative where you purchased the module. Best wishes Dieter Doepfer
