That's totally strange as the max. frequency of the A-147 is usually around
200Hz. Maybe the LFO capacitor is defective (improbable) or one of the
solder pins of the capacitor is loose (maybe cold solder joint). I'd
recommend to return the module to the dealer or representative where you
purchased the module for repair.
