LFO too high

Hi y'all,

I have an issue with my A-147 VC-LFO -- The manual promises a range of 0.01Hz - 50Hz.
Using the manual frequency control, I get frequencies in audio range and beyond, from bass (100 Hz or so) to way above audio. No sub-audio levels anywhere.

Can I adjust the range somewhere? Or should I send it back?
