One would need a slew limiter that is controlled by the legato/non-legato information (e.g. a voltage controlled switch that bypasses the slew limiter in case of non-legato notes). The A-190-3 (or A-190-2) does not have this feature. It's not possible to add this feature simply by a firmware update of the A-190-3 as additional hardware (voltage controlled switch) is required.
