pass the +5 volts trigger via the A183-3 Amplifier module to raise it to +12 volts and then pass it via the A162 Dual trigger delay module, to shape the gate into a (short-length) trigger. that said, the Analogue Solutions Drum modules trigger fine with +5 volts gates too... but the resulting sound may be better with +12 volts triggers, indeed.... Hiya! So I'm trying to rig up the +5V gate output of a Doepfer A-190-3 MIDI to CV converter module to the +5 to +12V trigger input of some Analogue Solutions modules, namely their BD88, SD88 and CP88. I suspect I'm just on the threshold as to whether I'm actually triggering them or not. Is there an easy way to convert +5V into a little bit more, preferably with the ability to send just a trigger pulse rather than a sustained gate? Thanks! Zoƫ.
