I read (and quoted from) the info page, but I am still not sure what that socket does. I'm assuming that when you say "the socket is normalled to +12V" you are referring to the socket marked as "+12V"? Does it always supply 12V or is that supply interrupted when the button #1 is pressed? I am confused as the socket is not mentioned further and I'm not sure what its *use* is in the context of a manual gate switch.
In a (theoretical) patch that I am working on which uses and A-164-1 I need access to 12V and need to know whether I can use this socket to supply it or whether I need another module to supply it - for instance the A176 CV Source module.
