the only problem is, you would have to patch the clock division you 
wanted. A vc divider could be interesting. 

how about using the A163 as well?

also having divide down clocks from the out outputs could be useful,
i.e. 2 to, 1 to 1, 1 to 2, 1 to 4 etc.
