A reset sets all outputs to zero (in non-inverted mode) but the next clock signal turns all outputs to high (in non-inverted mode). Please refer to the diagram on the A-160-2 info page. If you want that all outputs turn to low with the next clock signal you have to choose the inverted mode (lower diagram on the A-160-2 info page). Pay attention that you can also select the clock polarity, reset behaviour (level or edge) and reset polarity. Best wishes Dieter Doepfer
