This is very difficult to answer IMO as only you know what you all cabled.
I have bought this: http://www.schneidersladen.de/en/xaoc-devices-karl-marx-stadt.html and the module works perfect.

Have fun,

Onderwerp: [Doepfer_a100] Doepfer DIY questions

Hey guys,

So I've been putting together one of these Doepfer DIY kits, and have finally gotten to the point where I can test it. I basically followed the example drawing in the back of the manual. I have a couple of questions, if anyone can offer any help I'd greatly appreciate it!

 1. When I first hooked up the audio out I got a lot of really horrible buzz, after poking around for quite a while I noticed that if I shorted the other side of the stereo 7mm jack to ground it seemed to get rid of the noise, but I had to turn my amp way up in order to hear it! Is this how I should have done this, or am I missing something altogether?

 2. In general, how, if at all, should the metal face plate I'm using be grounded? At the moment it is not, I don't seem to be getting any additional buzz from touching the case.

 3. When should the ADSR LED light up? For the longest time I hadn't seen it light up at all, but after some prolonged screwing around it would start to pulse, but I wasn't really sure what had happened to make that start working.

Again, any info at all would be appreciated,

 Thanks!
