I would suggest getting a manual pushbutton gate module. Doepfer makes the A-164-1 manual gate module and we (www.synthwerks.com) make a couple of modules that will do this quite easily (the MG-1, FST-1T, or any of our FSR modules) plus give you some other useful functions. That way uoi can use these functions with more than the A-140. Almost all of our modules connect to the internal Doepfer Gate bus (with jumpers on the PCB) so no cable is even needed. -James James Husted, Designer, Synthwerks LLC • www.synthwerks.com • james@synthwerks.com • info@synthwerks.com > On May 26, 2016, at 6:42 AM, jaccoville@yahoo.com [Doepfer_a100] <Doepfer_a100@yahoogroups.com> wrote: > > Hello there, > > I would like to make a small switch on my A140 adsr modules. > Looking at some Moog adsr modules I like the idea having a momentary switch to make a fast and easy way to tune the timing with a manual gate. > Anyone has experience with this mod? > I guess I'll have to find a 5V(?) voltage from the pcb or maybe 12V with a resistor? > > Cheers from Holland > > Jacco Ville
