If there is any risk, then it is the risk of mechanical damage. A case like the A-100P9 may be called "flight"-case, but in fact it will not stand, what a real flight case like a Pelicase, would stand. And the danger is, that the movers in the airport thinks "aaah looks like stable", so they handle it without any care. A friend of mine is flying twice a month to gigs. After some experiences with half crashed cases he now packs his A-100 case (and other cases) in a normal softbags. This way the gear looks like a normal bags and the movers will handle it with more care. Florian
