Re: [Doepfer_a100] A180-9 multicore

Does that mean they’ve been wired to US or Euro standard? I’m no expert but we recent had a nightmare installing cctv at work and found the reason was the installers wired some com ports with the US standard so a couple of wires are reversed.

I bought myself a pair of the new multicore modules as a Xmas treat (how incredibly useful in a large system Dieter - amazing that no-one has thought of it before). I have a very odd problem - The modules link perfectly with the cables supplied but they are only very short. When I try any other network cables however nothing seems to connect. I have checked the cables by linking my laptop to the router and that works fine, but I get no connections at all when I use them between the A180-9s. One of them is 1m long and two are 3m. Any suggestions please?
