Hello, please make sure that the output level of the Gate/Clock/Reset/Start/Stop outputs is set to +12V (not +5V). And make sure that the frequency of the A-147-2 is not too low. The frequency of the A-147-2 should be not much less than the clock signal coming from the Dark Time. Otherwise the period of the A-147-2 is to low to generate a noticeable signal before the next reset appears.
